The brand new ZXi5 irons represent our most powerful blend of performance, playability, and ultra-sharp looks. Our revolutionary i-FORGED process, combined with the latest Srixon ball speed and distance technologies, gives the ZXi5 irons unprecedented feel, speed, and power with every shot.
Technology:
- i-FORGED: Condensed forging that extends from the high toe area along the top edge of the iron blade improves overall strength, durability, and feel. The forged faces of the ZXi5 are then softened to enhance this already exceptional feel. Added tungsten weights perfect CG placement for ideal performance.
- MainFrame: MainFrame saves additional weight and increases MOI through an improved network of milled channels on the back of the iron face. At impact, this system boosts ball speed and increases forgiveness.
- Tour V.T. Sole: Our Tour V.T. Sole's proprietary combination of sole widths, bounce angles, and notches ensures smooth gliding through Fairway, Rough, and sand without losing speed.
- Progressive Grooves: The 3i-7i feature wider grooves, while the 8i-AW have deeper, closer grooves to ensure consistent spin across the entire set. Laser milling between each groove, on every loft, increases bite on every shot.
- Players Distance Shape: The ZXi5 features a slightly wider sole with moderate blade length and offset, offering attentive golfers improved distance, forgiveness, and playability—all with an ultra-clean look at address.
