Terms and Conditions of Participation – FIFA World Cup 26™ Prize Draw

Golfversand Hannover GmbH, Kugelfangtrift 6b, 30179 Hannover, Germany (hereinafter “All4Golf” or the “Organiser”), is running a prize draw in which participants have the chance to win a trip to the FIFA World Cup 26™.

By participating in the prize draw, participants agree to the following terms and conditions of participation.

§ 1 Participation period and entry

  1. The prize draw starts on 13/04/2026 at 16:00 and ends on 10/05/2026 at 23:59 (hereinafter the “Participation Period”).

  2. Eligible to participate are persons aged 18 years or older who are resident in the European Union.

  3. Participation takes place either

  • by purchasing adidas products with a value of at least €100 per order (after deduction of returns) in the All4Golf online shop
    or

  • alternatively in accordance with clause 7.

  1. Each order must contain adidas products with a value of at least €100.

  2. For every €100 order value, the participant receives one chance to win. A maximum of 20 chances to win per person is possible.

  3. Returns will be taken into account when determining eligibility to participate and may, where applicable, lead to the exclusion of individual chances to win.

  4. Alternative entry
    Alternatively, free participation is possible by sending a postcard stating first name and last name as well as the email address to the following address:

    The postcard must be received by the end of the Participation Period. The date of receipt of the mail shall apply.

§ 2 Prize

  1. The following prize will be awarded:

  • A trip for two persons (winner and accompanying person) to the FIFA World Cup 26™

  • Travel period: 19/06/2026 to 21/06/2026

  • Match Germany vs. Côte d’Ivoire on 20/06/2026 in Toronto

  • Including:

    • Flight departing from Frankfurt am Main or Munich

    • Hotel accommodation (overnight stays)

    • Match tickets

  1. The prize does not include, in particular:

  • Meals and refreshments

  • Insurance, in particular travel cancellation insurance

  • Personal expenses and any other additional costs

  1. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged and cannot be paid out in cash.

§ 3 Determination of the winner and notification

  1. The winner will be determined at random within 14 days after the end of the Participation Period.

  2. Notification will be sent exclusively by email to the email address provided with the order.

  3. The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within 3 days after notification.

  4. If no timely response is received, the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be determined.

  5. Before any publication, the winner will be asked for consent to be named and for the use of content in connection with the trip.

§ 4 Exclusion from the prize draw

  1. Employees of Golfversand Hannover GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.

  2. The Organiser reserves the right to exclude participants who
    breach these terms and conditions of participation, provide false information or
    attempt to manipulate the prize draw.

  3. In such cases, the prize may also be withdrawn retrospectively.

§ 5 Organisation and conduct of the trip

  1. The trip will be organised by partners commissioned by the Organiser.

  2. The winner is solely responsible for:

    • valid travel documents such as passport, visas and Canada’s entry requirements

    • any insurance that may be required

    • all costs not included in the prize

  3. Changes to the travel date(s) are excluded. If the winner cannot commence the trip, the prize will be forfeited without replacement.

  4. In the event of illness or any other inability to travel, no reimbursement will be provided by All4Golf or its partners. Taking out travel cancellation insurance is expressly recommended.

§ 6 Early termination

The Organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the prize draw at any time for good cause without prior notice, in particular for technical or legal reasons.

§ 7 Liability

The Organiser shall only be liable for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. The Organiser assumes no liability for technical disruptions or outages.

§ 8 Data protection

  1. The controller responsible for data processing is Golfversand Hannover GmbH.

  2. The personal data collected in the course of the prize draw will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the prize draw in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

  3. Data will only be disclosed to third parties insofar as this is necessary for handling the prize, for example travel providers.

  4. Further information on data protection can be found in our privacy policy.

§ 9 Miscellaneous

  1. Legal recourse is excluded.

  2. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.

  3. If any provision of these terms and conditions of participation is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
